Important Information:

• Class Cancellations: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts via your PunchPass account. Cancellations made after this window will result in a No Show and a charge for your bike reservation.

• Non-Transferable Classes: Classes cannot be transferred to another person.

• Non-Sharable Classes: You cannot share your class reservation with others.

• No Refunds for Remaining PunchPasses: Unused PunchPasses are non-refundable.

• Gift Card Rules:

  • Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used for membership or recurring payments.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.

  • Gift Cards can only be used for classes and services offered by SpinCitas.
