Important Information:
Class Cancellations: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts via your PunchPass account. Cancellations made after this window will result in a No Show and a charge for your bike reservation.
Non-Transferable Classes: Classes cannot be transferred to another person.
Non-Sharable Classes: You cannot share your class reservation with others.
No Refunds for Remaining PunchPasses: Unused PunchPasses are non-refundable.
Gift Card Rules:
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards cannot be used for membership or recurring payments.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
Gift Cards can only be used for classes and services offered by SpinCitas.
